Our Founder

Dave Lester has over 25 years of experience leading and producing UX and product design, with a preference for smaller, collaborative teams where I can stay hands-on.

Dave helped start On3, Rivals (acquired by Yahoo!), 247Sports (acquired by CBS Digital), and Spiny AI, leading UX at each. Additionally, Dave founded Golfbert Data Services, where he manages both UX and Product. Along the way, he’s gained experience working with larger teams through acquisitions.

We work primarily with Figma, Claude Code (Code / Co-work / Design), and Adobe Creative Cloud.
